‘The Oxford Ragwort Story and Other Botanical Tales’

The story goes back to Sicily

The more obscure and sinister side of plants will be explored through tales of hybridization, parasitism and sexual swindle, including that of the Oxford ragwort, a plant of obscure origin which escaped from the Botanic Garden and rapidly colonised the UK.
